Our cushion headrest is available in five variants. The Fabric Cushion options correspond with the Remastered Aeron colors: Mineral, Graphite, Carbon, and Black. The Vegan Leather Cushion uses black polyurethane leather with Graphite back plastic and arm mechanism. This is the recommended Cushion option for the Classic Aeron chair.

The Fabric Cushion is primarily spandex. This soft, supple, and flexible fabric has a lifespan of 20-200 years to break down completely, making it the obvious choice for our Cushion design. One of our favorite qualities of this durable fabric is its anti-pilling feature. This will keep your headrest looking fresh, new, and like you don’t spend 8+ hours a day moving your head back and forth across it. The cushion headrest is an excellent choice for anyone concerned about short hair or the discomfort of hair getting caught on a mesh surface. If you’re unsure, try rubbing your head against the mesh back of your chair to see how it feels. If that sensation isn’t for you, the cushion headrest offers a smooth, comfortable alternative.

Elevate Your Comfort with Riser Blocks

For those seeking additional height in their Aeron headrest, we offer riser blocks designed to provide customizable elevation. Each riser block adds 1-1.5 inches of height, giving you the flexibility to find your ideal level of comfort.

Recommended Usage

While the riser blocks are stackable, we recommend using no more than two blocks. Stacking more than two can potentially cause the headrest to wobble, depending on your height preference and desired stability.
